Return/Cancellation Policy

We accept refunds only for urgent projects when we fail to deliver them on time. The project is considered urgent only when we charge premium price for it (usually within the range +30%-100%). Projects that are charged regular prices are not eligible for a refund. We can delay their delivery within a reasonable time.
